We want you to love your Zulu & Zephyr purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange
- Start your return or exchange by visiting our online portal.
- Follow the instructions to generate your return label.
- Pack your item securely and attach the label.
- Drop off your package at the designated shipping location.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping fees may apply.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
